  2. Use a strong knowledge of sales and home improvement to effectively communicate product options and benefits to customers.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and addressing any concerns or questions.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address any potential issues with a customer's home renovation project.
  5. Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and contractors, to ensure a seamless and successful home improvement experience for the customer.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Lowe's products and services to accurately answer customer inquiries and make appropriate product recommendations.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and following up with potential customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in home improvement to provide the most relevant and current solutions to customers.

Job Qualifications
