Utilize product knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in selecting the right products for their home.
Conduct in-home consultations with customers to understand their vision and provide expert advice and recommendations.
Create and present detailed proposals and quotes based on customer needs and budget.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide the best possible service to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and project details.
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Represent Lowe's in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Strong Sales Skills: The In Home Consultant Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales In A Retail Or Home Improvement Environment. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers, Identify Their Needs, And Offer Solutions That Meet Those Needs.
Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products: The In Home Consultant Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Various Products And Services Offered By Lowe's, As Well As Knowledge Of Home Improvement Trends And Techniques. This Will Allow Them To Make Informed Recommendations To Customers And Provide Expert Advice.
Customer Service Orientation: The In Home Consultant Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Passion For Helping People. This Includes The Ability To Listen To Customers, Address Their Concerns, And Provide Exceptional Service Throughout The Sales Process.
