As an In-Home Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with expert advice and guidance in selecting the best products and services for their home improvement and remodeling needs. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service mentality.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in interior design or a related field, a minimum of 2 years experience in home improvement sales, and be comfortable using a variety of computer programs. Furthermore, you must be able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, provide excellent customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
