
HR Systems Manager - Talent Acquisition Technology

- Oversee and manage all HR systems related to talent acquisition, including applicant tracking systems, job posting platforms, and other recruitment technology tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize and streamline the hiring process through the use of technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and recruitment, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR systems and technology to continuously improve and enhance our recruitment processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems and provide training and support to HR and recruitment teams.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the user experience and efficiency of HR systems.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot any issues with HR systems, working closely with IT and vendors to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis on HR systems usage, performance, and effectiveness to senior management.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and security concerns related to HR systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts for HR systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR systems related inquiries and provide timely and effective support to all users.
- Stay informed about current and upcoming technology developments and make recommendations for new HR systems or upgrades to existing systems as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR systems administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of projects and tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to HR systems management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Systems Management, Preferably With A Focus On Talent Acquisition Technology.
Proficiency In Various Hr Systems And Software, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Tools, And Onboarding Platforms.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices And Industry Trends In Talent Acquisition Technology.
