- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Train, coach, and supervise cashiers to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Oversee and manage the cash register operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including cash registers, counters, and displays
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, submitting orders for necessary supplies
- Assist with scheduling and delegating tasks to cashiers to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Prior Cash Handling Experience: A Head Cashier At Lowe's Should Have Previous Experience Working With Cash, Managing Tills, And Handling Large Amounts Of Money.
Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Strong Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Customers And Provide Excellent Service To All Customers.
