  1. Lead and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and timely checkout process for customers.
  2. Train and coach cashiers on customer service standards and procedures.
  3. Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback and support for improvement.
  4. Ensure cashiers are knowledgeable about Lowe's products and services to effectively assist customers.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Manage cash registers and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
  9. Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to cashiers to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve customer service and increase sales.
  11. Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by the cashiers.
  12. Motivate and encourage a positive and customer-focused work environment.
  13. Handle and resolve any technical issues with the cash registers.
  14. Act as a role model for excellent customer service and professionalism.
