Oversee and manage the front-end team during evening hours to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any customer complaints or concerns.
Train, mentor, and supervise the front-end team to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and promoting a customer-centric culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cash and other essential items.
Coordinate with other store departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to cash transactions and team performance.
Handle any issues or problems that may arise during the closing shift.
Implement strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve operations.
Collaborate with upper management to establish and achieve store goals.
Other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications

Prior Experience In Cash Handling And Managing A Team: A Head Cashier - Closing At Lowe's Should Have Previous Experience In Handling Cash And Leading A Team Of Cashiers. This Will Ensure Efficient And Accurate Handling Of Transactions And Effective Management Of The Closing Shift.
