Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front-end team, ensuring efficient and accurate cash handling, coaching and developing team members, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the front-end team, including scheduling, cash handling, and customer service.
  2. Ensure efficient and accurate cash handling procedures are followed by all team members.
  3. Train, coach, and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cash and change, communicating any discrepancies to management.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area for customers.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  8. Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  11. Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a team-oriented work environment.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Head Cashier At Lowe's Should Possess Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Both Internal And External Customers.

  • Cash Handling Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Cash Handling Experience, Including Processing Transactions, Balancing Cash Drawers, And Using Point-Of-Sale Systems.
