- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to cashiers on proper cash handling procedures and customer service skills.
- Monitor and maintain the front-end operations, ensuring that all registers are staffed and lines are managed efficiently.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing breaks and shifts for cashiers to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to cash handling and front-end operations.
