- Monitor and maintain the cash registers, ensuring they are fully stocked and functioning properly.
- Conduct cash audits and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service throughout the store.
- Stay current on all product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to accurately assist customers and answer any questions.
- Conduct performance evaluations for cashiers and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Act as a role model for the cashier team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and preparing the registers for the next shift.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
