10. Conduct performance evaluations for cashiers and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
13. Act as a role model for the cashier team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism.
14. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and preparing the registers for the next shift.
15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
