- Stay up-to-date on all store promotions, policies, and procedures to accurately answer customer inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels at the checkout area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to make suggestions for improving the checkout process.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training to ensure a consistent level of service across all cashiers.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the checkout process and customer experience.
Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Cash Handling Role.
Customer Service Skills: Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service, Handle Difficult Situations Professionally, And Resolve Customer Complaints Effectively.
Leadership Abilities: Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Train And Mentor Cashiers, Delegate Tasks, And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Cash Handling Experience: Proficient In Handling Cash, Credit/Debit Transactions, And Reconciling Cash Drawer At The End Of Each Shift.
Organizational Skills: Ability To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Maintain A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail While Managing The Cash Office And Supervising Cashiers.
