- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Train and enforce loss prevention measures to prevent theft and ensure the security of cash and merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate department.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the cashier team.
- Collaborate with upper management to set goals and objectives for the front end of the store and work towards achieving them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills And Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
Excellent Cash Handling And Mathematical Skills.
Proficient In Operating Cash Registers And Point Of Sale (Pos) Systems.
Knowledge Of Lowe's Products And Services, As Well As Store Policies And Procedures.
