- Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the cashier team.
- Assist with scheduling and managing cashier shifts to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.
- Stay updated on current promotions and sales to effectively communicate with customers at checkout.
- Collaborate with management to implement new processes and procedures for improving customer service and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Cashiers.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism And Empathy.
Proficient In Basic Math And Cash Handling Procedures.
Knowledge Of Lowe's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems And Processes.
