Job Description

As the Head Cashier at Lowe's, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store's cashiering department. Your excellent customer service and product knowledge will ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will lead the cashier staff, train new cashiers, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends- Excellent customer service and product knowledge- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to lead and train staff
