  1. Oversee the front end operations of the store to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  2. Lead and manage a team of cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  3. Train new cashiers on store policies and procedures, including cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
  4. Monitor and maintain cash registers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including registers and checkout lanes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing and coverage for busy periods.
  8. Monitor and track daily cash and credit card transactions to ensure accurate accounting.
  9. Conduct regular cash audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  10. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as any changes in products or services.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience, implementing new strategies and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Cashier Or Customer Service Role.

  • Cash Handling Skills: Proficient In Handling Large Amounts Of Cash And Using Cash Registers Or Point-Of-Sale Systems.

  • Leadership Abilities: Proven Experience In Supervising And Leading A Team, Able To Delegate Tasks And Provide Guidance To Other Cashiers.
