Manage and oversee the fulfillment team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and track order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment department.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.
Ensure all safety and quality standards are met within the fulfillment process.
Collaborate with other department leads to coordinate and prioritize orders.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and address any discrepancies.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and new processes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any order-related concerns or inquiries.
Continuously evaluate and improve fulfillment processes to meet customer demands and company goals.
Create and maintain reports on team performance and order fulfillment metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to make recommendations for process improvements.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Manage and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for efficient order fulfillment.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Inventory Management: A Fulfillment Team Lead At Lowe's Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Processes And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Tracking Systems, Stock Replenishment, And Warehouse Organization.
