As a Fulfillment Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.   1. Lead and manage a team of fulfillment associates to ensure efficient and timely order processing and delivery.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  3. Train and develop team members on fulfillment processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality of work.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory management and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  6. Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels for timely order fulfillment.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of order fulfillment.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track team and individual performance.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  11. Handle any escalated customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fulfillment processes.
  13. Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Schedule and delegate tasks to team members to ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time.
  15. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates on team performance and any potential issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role: A Fulfillment Team Lead At Lowe's Should Have Prior Experience Managing A Team, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
