- Oversee and manage the fulfillment process for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Train and supervise a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure timely replenishment of products
- Collaborate with customer service team to address any fulfillment issues or delays and provide timely solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner

Leadership Experience: A Fulfillment Team Lead At Lowe's Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Fulfillment Setting. This Includes Having The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Critical Decisions.
