Oversee and lead the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products for fulfillment.
Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues related to their orders.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain a high level of customer service, handling any escalations or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Create and implement processes and procedures to improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and analyze fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the fulfillment area.
Lead by example and foster a positive and productive work environment for the fulfillment team.
