As the Fulfillment Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and timely order fulfillment.   1. Oversee Fulfillment Team: The Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for fulfilling customer orders. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support as needed.
  2. Ensure Timely Order Fulfillment: The primary responsibility of the Fulfillment Team Lead is to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. This involves coordinating with other departments, managing inventory levels, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  3. Maintain High Level of Customer Service: As the face of Lowe's, it is crucial that the Fulfillment Team Lead maintains a high level of customer service at all times. This includes addressing any customer inquiries or concerns and ensuring that their needs are met.
  4. Develop and Implement Processes: The Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes to streamline the fulfillment process. This may include creating training materials, standard operating procedures, and other tools to improve team performance.
  5. Monitor Team Performance: It is the responsibility of the Fulfillment Team Lead to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. This may involve conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Handle Customer Complaints: In the event of a customer complaint, the Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for handling the situation in a timely and effective manner. This may involve communicating with the customer, addressing the issue, and finding a satisfactory resolution.
  7. Ensure Safety and Compliance: The Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols and compliance standards are met within the fulfillment team. This may include conducting safety training, performing regular safety inspections, and addressing any compliance issues.
  8. Collaborate with Other Departments: The Fulfillment Team Lead will work closely with other departments such as sales, merchandising, and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient fulfillment process. This may involve coordinating with these departments to address any issues

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment, Ideally In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Delegate Tasks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Other Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Fulfillment Processes, Including Order Picking, Packing, And Shipping.

  • Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Time Efficiently To Meet Deadlines And Achieve Productivity Goals.
