- Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment associates to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment department, including processing orders, inventory management, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding set performance metrics.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment department.
- Train and mentor new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
- Monitor and track team performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate and prioritize orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any customer or operational issues that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the fulfillment process.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Collaborate with other team leads and managers to promote a positive and cohesive work culture.
Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities Effectively.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Fulfillment Processes, Including Inventory Control And Order Fulfillment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Team Members And Other Departments.
Proficiency In Technology And Computer Systems, Including Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
