  1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the fulfillment team.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  4. Communicate with other departments to coordinate fulfillment efforts and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Train and develop team members to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the team.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfillment processes and efficiency.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track team and individual performance.
  9. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to fulfillment.
  10. Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure a seamless and cohesive operation.
  11. Foster a positive and productive work culture within the fulfillment team.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance fulfillment operations.
  14. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for team members.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to constantly improve processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Fulfillment Team Lead Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Big-Box Retail Environment Like Lowe's.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Fulfillment Team Lead, The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team Is Crucial. This Includes Strong Communication Skills, The Ability To Delegate Tasks, And The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Fulfillment Processes: A Fulfillment Team Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Fulfillment Processes, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving Procedures.

  • Customer Service Oriented: Lowe's Puts A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. A Fulfillment Team Lead Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints Effectively.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: With Multiple Orders And Tasks To Manage, A Fulfillment Team Lead Must Be Highly Organized And Have Excellent Time Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Handle Unexpected Challenges.
