- Ensure all items are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill orders based on customer demand.
- Utilize various technology systems to track and manage inventory levels and order status.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding their orders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to fulfillment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a high level of performance and efficiency.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand and adhere to fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Lowe's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
