- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain a high level of organization in order to efficiently track and fulfill orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and any potential delays.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled within designated time frames.
- Ensure accuracy of product packaging and labeling for delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and transport products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lowe's and uphold its values and standards.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Train and mentor new Fulfillment Associates as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet and exceed productivity and performance goals set by management.
- Keep accurate records of all fulfilled orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Attend team meetings and provide input on ways to improve fulfillment processes.
- Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects, Up To 50 Pounds
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Pick And Pack Orders
Prior Experience In A Warehouse Or Fulfillment Center Setting
Excellent Time Management And Organizational Skills To Meet Daily Productivity Goals.
