Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling
Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Communicate any delays or issues with orders to appropriate parties
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to company standards and policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding orders
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for both employees and customers.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Is Required For This Position To Ensure That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job Duties.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: Fulfillment Associates Will Be Required To Move And Lift Heavy Items Such As Building Materials, Furniture, And Appliances, So Physical Strength And Endurance Are Important Qualifications For This Job.
Attention To Detail: As A Fulfillment Associate, The Candidate Will Need To Accurately Pick And Pack Items For Customer Orders, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Avoid Errors.
Customer Service Skills: Fulfillment Associates May Interact With Customers Who Are Picking Up Or Returning Items, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are Necessary To Provide A Positive Experience.
