Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
Ensure that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any order issues or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding order status and any potential issues.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and customer service.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in order fulfillment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
