Accurately fulfill and process customer orders in a timely manner.
Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately according to company standards.
Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and fulfill orders based on urgency and customer needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and efficiency goals.
Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
Proactively identify and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to fulfillment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-train in various areas of fulfillment to provide support and coverage as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills.
Previous Experience In A Warehouse Or Fulfillment Role.
Familiarity With Inventory Management And Order Fulfillment Processes.
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Up To 50 Pounds, And Stand For Extended Periods Of Time.
