At Lowe's, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Field Security Manager to join our team! This position requires an individual with a passion for customer service and security operations. The Field Security Manager will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and maintaining the security of Lowe's retail stores, distribution centers, and other properties.We are seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a security related field and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think critically and problem solve, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. They must also be able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, and maintain security of Lowe's retail stores, distribution centers, and other properties.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Train and manage security personnel, including but not limited to, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Monitor security systems, including access control systems, video surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, and other violations of policy.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain excellent customer service and create a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Maintain a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the security of personnel, property, and information.
