Job Description

Lowe’s is looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Field Security Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security plans and protocols to protect Lowe’s stores, employees, and customers. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and assess risk to ensure our stores are safe and secure. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols to protect Lowe’s stores, employees, and customers.
  2. Monitor and assess security risks and threats in order to ensure the safety and security of Lowe’s stores.
  3. Collaborate with other security personnel to develop and implement best practices for security operations.
  4. Create and present security-related training programs and materials for store employees.
  5. Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports.
  6. Respond to and investigate security-related incidents and complaints.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of security operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  9. Monitor and evaluate security personnel performance.
  10. Develop effective relationships with law enforcement and other security agencies.
