Job Description

Lowe’s is looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Security Manager to join our team. We need an individual who brings a unique combination of security expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and property. The Field Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security strategies and programs that meet corporate objectives and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.This is a critical role within the organization that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security, or a related field; at least five years of experience in a security management role; knowledge of security principles and procedures; and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage security strategies and programs to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with applicable laws and regulations and ensure compliance with them.
Supervise security staff and coordinate security activities.
Monitor security systems, verify security procedures, and investigate security incidents.
Prepare and present regular security reports to management.
Create and maintain security policies and procedures.
Recommend and implement new security technology and procedures.
Conduct security audits and assessments.
Provide training and guidance to security personnel.
