Job Description

Lowe's is looking for a Field Security Manager to provide security and operational support for our stores. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has exceptional interpersonal skills. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a retail setting. They must be able to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. They should also have a strong understanding of the principles of asset protection and how to apply them in the retail environment. The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to security challenges is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement security and operational protocols for all Lowe's stores.
  2. Monitor and evaluate security operations of Lowe's stores in order to identify areas requiring improvement.
  3. Supervise and manage security personnel in the field.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
  5. Train and coach staff on proper security procedures for a retail environment.
  6. Investigate incidents of theft, vandalism, and other security related issues.
  7. Monitor access control systems and CCTV systems to ensure security of stores.
  8. Prepare and submit reports on security operations and incidents.
  9. Establish and maintain operational standards for security systems.
  10. Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate security solutions.
