As a Field Security Manager at Lowe's, you will be responsible for the overall protection of our stores and personnel in the field. You will be tasked with creating and implementing security strategies, as well as training and monitoring store security personnel. You will use your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that our stores remain safe and secure.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, as well as at least three years of previous experience in security management. You should have a thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel. You should also have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement security strategies for all Lowe's stores -Train and monitor store security personnel -Lead security personnel and provide guidance -Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures -Conduct site surveys and risk assessments -Research and stay up to date on current security technology and systems -Conduct investigations into security matters -Keep records of security incidents and maintain security reports -Monitor security alarm systems and security cameras -Provide advice on security measures to management -Maintain positive relationships with local law enforcement officials -Handle emergency situations and take appropriate action when necessary -Work independently and as part of a team
