They will have an in-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and strategies, as well as extensive experience managing security teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the safety of personnel, customers, and property.
- Oversee the coordination of security personnel, equipment, and operations to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Conduct investigations and respond to security incidents in order to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor surveillance systems and other security measures to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records and reports pertaining to security operations.
- Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties.
- Communicate with local law enforcement and other agencies to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Manage security budgets and allocate resources as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate security performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date on current security trends and best practices.
