The Field Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations for Lowe's stores. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, team members, and property.
- Manage and monitor security operations, conducting investigations, and complying with local, state, and federal laws.
- Monitor and review security systems and analytics to identify potential threats and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security personnel.
- Train and oversee security personnel at all Lowe's stores.
- Monitor and audit security operations to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective security implementation.
- Maintain records of security operations and investigations.
- Generate reports and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.
