Field Security Manager

We are searching for a capable and experienced Field Security Manager to join the Lowe's family. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of Lowe's security operations across multiple sites. The Field Security Manager will also supervise security personnel and coordinate security activities to protect Lowe's assets.The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in security operations, who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and has an enthusiasm for developing and implementing secure processes.To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in security management (or a related field), along with at least five years' experience in a security role. You should also have experience in developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, as well as experience with the use of CCTV and other security systems. It is essential that you have the ability to work autonomously and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

9. Maintain and update security measures to protect Lowe's assets.
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to security.
11. Work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure security operations are effective.
12. Work autonomously and in fast-paced environments.
