- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all Lowe's retail locations to ensure they meet safety and functionality standards.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to develop and implement facility improvement plans.
- Utilize your background in design and project management to lead facility renovation and construction projects.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Monitor and manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to budget and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs and address them promptly.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and functionality of facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility maintenance and safety.
- Train and supervise facility maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Act as the main point of contact for any facility-related emergencies, addressing them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facility management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as store operations and human resources, to ensure facilities meet the needs of customers and employees.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication within the facility management team and with other departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Design, And Project Management.
Strong Understanding Of Building Codes And Regulations.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Autocad.
