We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Pro and Services Support Manager to join our team.   1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention for Pro customers within the district.
  2. Oversee the training and development of district Pro and Services Support team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other district managers to ensure consistent service delivery and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to Pro customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers, serving as their main point of contact for any questions or concerns.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for Pro and Services Support initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators for the district, providing regular reports to senior management on the progress and success of Pro and Services Support initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve and innovate our services for Pro customers.
  9. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to attract and retain Pro customers.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting performance standards.
  12. Represent Lowe's at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services to potential Pro customers.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, within the district.
