- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Customer Promise team in alignment with Lowe's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and support to ensure success in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, such as Net Promoter Score, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the delivery of customer promises.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and product management to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and manage the budget for the Customer Promise team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the team's progress, challenges, and opportunities.
