  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Customer Promise team in alignment with Lowe's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and support to ensure success in their roles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, such as Net Promoter Score, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the delivery of customer promises.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and product management to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  8. Develop and manage the budget for the Customer Promise team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the team's progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  10. Uphold Lowe's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

  • Extensive Product Management Experience: A Director, Product Management - Customer Promise At Lowe's Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Product Management For A Large Retail Company. This Includes Experience In Developing And Launching New Products, Managing Product Lifecycles, And Driving Product Strategy.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Behaviors. They Should Be Able To Use This Insight To Develop And Execute On Customer Promise Strategies That Drive Customer Loyalty And Satisfaction.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Director, Product Management - Customer Promise Must Have Strong Analytical Skills To Gather And Interpret Data On Customer Behavior, Market Trends, And Product Performance. They Should Be Able To Use This Data To Make Informed Decisions And Drive Business Growth.

  • Leadership And Collaboration: This Role Requires A Strong Leader Who Can Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive The Development And Execution Of Customer Promise Strategies. The Director, Product Management - Customer Promise Should Also Have Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Product Managers.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Think Strategically To Drive The Success Of The Customer Promise Program.
