Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Leadership Development Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Leadership Competencies And The Ability To Assess And Develop These Skills In Others.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Leaders At All Levels Of The Organization.
