Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In A Leadership Development Role, Preferably Within A Large Retail Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Leadership Development Programs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Leadership Competencies And The Ability To Assess And Develop These Skills In Others.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Leaders At All Levels Of The Organization.
