Join the Lowe's team as a Director of HR PMO & Portfolio Management! As the Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our HR programs and projects, while also managing a team of talented professionals.   1. Develop and implement HR project management strategies and processes to ensure effective and efficient execution of initiatives.
  2. Oversee the HR project management office and ensure alignment with Lowe's overall business objectives.
  3. Lead and manage a team of project managers and HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Create and maintain project portfolios, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and priorities.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, to ensure alignment and support for projects.
  8. Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed within allocated time and cost constraints.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on project portfolio performance to senior management.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR project management office.
  12. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Hr Project Management And Portfolio Management: This Qualification Would Include Having A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Hr Projects And Portfolios, And The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Allocate Resources For Maximum Impact.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Best Practices And Industry Trends: A Director Hr Pmo & Portfolio Management Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Practices, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As An Awareness Of Emerging Trends And Technologies In The Hr Field.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Director, This Role Would Require Leading And Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals, So Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate, Motivate, And Mentor, Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director Hr Pmo & Portfolio Management Would Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Hr Team Members, And External Partners.
