
Director - Customer Marketing & Engagement

- Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve department goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gain insight into consumer behavior and trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing and engagement.
- Oversee the development of engaging and effective marketing materials, including digital and print campaigns.
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and increase customer lifetime value.
- Create and maintain a positive and customer-centric culture within the team.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and evaluate their performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Marketing And Customer Engagement Roles, Preferably Within The Retail Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Is Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Engagement Strategies That Drive Sales And Customer Loyalty.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team, As Well As Collaborate Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Data-Driven Mindset And The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions Based On Customer Insights.
