Responsibilities:

Assist the Digital Commerce team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Monitor trends in ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, and other related sectors.
Develop digital strategies to improve online shopping experience and customer engagement.
Analyze customer data and usage to inform marketing and product decisions.
Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to improve digital performance.
Provide regular reports and insights on performance metrics.
Participate in team meetings to discuss new ideas and strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of digital projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise with digital tools.
