Job Description

Lowe's is looking for a highly motivated and organized Demand Planner to join our team. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for driving sales and a focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience with data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain management. The Demand Planner will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and other demand drivers to create accurate demand forecasts. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar role. You must also be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and other demand drivers to create accurate demand forecasts.
  2. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize and analyze data.
  3. Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
  7. Track and report results of demand planning initiatives.
  8. Conduct regular analysis of supply/demand data and make recommendations to optimize the supply chain.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
