Coordinate and schedule product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Communicate with customers and delivery personnel to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer information, and product inventory.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
Resolve any delivery-related problems or delays in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and track delivery vehicles to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient routes.
Assist in loading and unloading products onto delivery vehicles when needed.
Ensure that all delivery vehicles and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate product shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery area, including restocking supplies and organizing delivery vehicles.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.
Continuously seek ways to improve delivery processes and efficiency.
Train and onboard new delivery personnel as needed.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and any changes to delivery procedures.

Job Qualifications

Strong Organizational Skills: A Delivery Coordinator At Lowe's Should Possess Excellent Time-Management And Prioritization Abilities To Effectively Coordinate And Manage Multiple Deliveries On A Daily Basis.
