Coordinate and schedule product deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, address any concerns or issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Work closely with delivery drivers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery routes are planned.
Monitor and track delivery progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer information, and any delivery delays or issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Review and verify product orders to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies.
Proactively identify potential delivery issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
Train and mentor new delivery team members as needed.
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures regarding delivery processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
