  1. Coordinate and schedule delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and update them as needed.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
  4. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
  5. Monitor and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate product availability for delivery.
  8. Maintain inventory of delivery supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies during delivery operations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and identify areas for optimization.
  11. Train and mentor new delivery team members as needed.
  12. Adhere to company standards and procedures while representing the Lowe's brand.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
  14. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new products and promotions.
  15. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
