  1. Coordinate and manage the delivery process for products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  2. Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and track deliveries.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery schedules and communicate any changes or delays to customers.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any delivery issues or concerns.
  5. Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and accurate, including invoices, delivery confirmations, and customer signatures.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any delivery-related customer complaints or issues.
  8. Train and supervise delivery personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  10. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while coordinating deliveries.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized delivery area, ensuring that all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to improve delivery services.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Delivery Coordinator At Lowe's Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Multiple Tasks And Schedules Efficiently. This Includes Coordinating Delivery Schedules, Tracking Inventory, And Communicating With Customers And Delivery Drivers.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is Key In This Role, As The Delivery Coordinator Will Be In Constant Contact With Customers, Delivery Drivers, And Other Lowe's Employees. They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Delivery Updates, Address Any Issues Or Concerns, And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Delivery Processes And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Good Understanding Of Delivery Processes And Procedures, Including Safety Regulations And Protocols. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Types Of Delivery Equipment And Vehicles.

  • Attention To Detail: A Delivery Coordinator Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accurate And Timely Deliveries. This Includes Double-Checking Orders, Verifying Delivery Addresses, And Documenting Any Issues Or Changes.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working In A Retail Environment Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Especially During Peak Delivery Times. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Handle The Pressure And Remain Calm Under Tight Deadlines And Changing Priorities. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Unexpected Situations And Problem-Solve Effectively.
