  1. Manage Delivery Schedules: The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing the delivery schedules of all customer orders. This includes ensuring that deliveries are made on time, coordinating with the delivery team, and proactively addressing any delays or issues.
  2. Ensure Accuracy of Orders: It is the responsibility of the Delivery Coordinator to ensure that all orders are picked and packed accurately according to the customer's specifications. This includes checking inventory, matching quantities, and verifying product quality.
  3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Delivery Coordinator will be the main point of contact for customers regarding their delivery orders. They must be able to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  4. Coordinate with Delivery Team: The Delivery Coordinator will work closely with the delivery team to ensure all orders are loaded and delivered efficiently. This includes providing them with accurate delivery information, routing instructions, and monitoring their progress.
  5. Monitor Inventory Levels: The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and alerting the appropriate parties if there are any shortages or discrepancies. They must also ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for in the delivery process.
  6. Maintain Delivery Records: It is the responsibility of the Delivery Coordinator to maintain accurate records of all delivery orders, including tracking deliveries, updating delivery status, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  7. Uphold Company Policies: The Delivery Coordinator must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Train and Supervise Delivery Staff: The Delivery Coordinator may be responsible for training and supervising delivery staff, ensuring they adhere to all company policies and procedures and providing guidance and support when needed.
  9. Continuously Improve Processes: The Delivery Coordinator should always be looking for ways to improve the delivery process and make it more efficient. This may include implementing new technology, streamlining processes, or suggesting improvements to management.
