
Delivery Coordinator

- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all delivery orders and schedules.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage and maintain delivery fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure products are available for delivery.
- Train and supervise delivery team members, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Resolve any delivery-related problems or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports for management review.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while managing delivery operations.
- Represent Lowe's in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Delivery Coordinator At Lowe's Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Delivery Drivers, And Store Staff.
Organizational Ability: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously And Prioritize Tasks In Order To Ensure Timely And Accurate Delivery Of Products To Customers.
Customer Service Experience: As A Delivery Coordinator, You Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, So Having Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Essential.
Knowledge Of Delivery Processes: A Strong Understanding Of Delivery Processes And Procedures Is Necessary To Ensure That Deliveries Are Made Efficiently And In Accordance With Company Policies.
Attention To Detail: The Delivery Coordinator Is Responsible For Tracking Inventory And Ensuring Accuracy In Delivery Schedules And Orders. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Avoid Errors And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
