Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Lowe's. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate and schedule deliveries for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and address any concerns or issues.
Monitor delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth delivery operations, including logistics, inventory, and customer service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery schedules, routes, and any changes or delays.
Address and resolve any delivery-related problems or complaints from customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding deliveries and customer service.
Monitor and track delivery costs and expenses to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Continuously identify and implement ways to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
Train and supervise delivery personnel to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
Communicate and coordinate with external delivery partners and vendors.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to delivery and logistics.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in delivery processes.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential delivery opportunities and provide support as needed.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company and its values to customers and partners.
